These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and betjll ("betjll", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the betjll website located at betjll.bio and all associated services, including sports betting, live casino, slots, and any other gaming products offered on the platform.

By registering an account on betjll, logging in, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the betjll platform.

betjll reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to check these Terms regularly. Continued use of the betjll platform following any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

1 Definitions

In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Account" means the personal account registered by a Player on the betjll platform.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds and/or bonus funds held in a Player's Account at any given time.
• "Bet" / "Wager" means any real-money stake placed on a sporting event, casino game, or other gaming product available on betjll.
• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka, the currency in which all betjll transactions are conducted.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, or free spins credited to a Player's Account that are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "Platform" means the betjll website at betjll.bio and all associated mobile and web-based interfaces.
• "Services" means all gaming, betting, and ancillary services provided through the betjll platform.

2 Eligibility & Account Registration

2.1 To register and use a betjll Account, you must: (a) be at least 21 years of age; (b) be a natural person (corporate accounts are not permitted); (c) provide accurate, complete, and current registration information; and (d) not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.

2.2 betjll reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify your identity, age, address, and payment method at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable time will result in suspension of your Account and/or withholding of withdrawal requests until verification is complete.

2.3 Each individual may hold only one Account on betjll. Opening or attempting to open multiple Accounts for the same individual is prohibited. betjll reserves the right to close duplicate Accounts and withhold any funds held in them.

2.4 You must not register or use a betjll Account on behalf of any third party. Sharing Account credentials with any other person is strictly prohibited.

3 Deposits & Payment Methods

3.1 betjll accepts deposits exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. Available methods may change from time to time.

3.2 The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no platform-imposed maximum deposit limit, though your payment provider may apply their own limits.

3.3 Deposits are credited to your betjll Account balance upon confirmation from the payment provider. betjll is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment service providers, banking network outages, or connectivity issues on the part of the payment method operator.

3.4 All funds deposited to betjll must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted. betjll reserves the right to reverse any transaction where the originating account holder does not match the registered Account holder.

3.5 betjll does not charge any deposit fees. However, your payment provider may apply their own charges, which are outside betjll's control and are your sole responsibility.

4 Withdrawals

4.1 Withdrawal requests may only be made to a payment account registered in the same name as your betjll Account. betjll does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

4.2 The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals below this threshold will not be processed.

4.3 Before a withdrawal can be processed, betjll may require satisfactory completion of the identity verification (KYC) process as described in Section 2.2.

4.4 Withdrawal processing times are typically as follows: bKash and Nagad — within 2 hours; Rocket and Upay — within 4 hours; bank transfer — 1 to 3 business days. These timeframes are estimates and are not contractually guaranteed. Processing may take longer during periods of high volume or when additional verification is required.

4.5 betjll reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request if: (a) the Account is under investigation for suspected fraudulent activity; (b) the requested withdrawal amount includes Bonus Funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements; or (c) identity or payment verification has not been completed to betjll's satisfaction.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 betjll may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, free bets, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All such offers are subject to the specific terms published at the time the promotion is active, which form part of these Terms by reference.

5.2 Unless otherwise stated in a promotion's specific terms, all Bonus Funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement of 30x the bonus amount before any portion of the bonus or associated winnings may be withdrawn.

5.3 betjll reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Any bonuses credited in error may be reclaimed by betjll regardless of whether they have been partially or fully wagered.

5.4 Bonuses may only be claimed once per household, IP address, device, or payment method, unless explicitly stated otherwise. betjll reserves the right to deny a bonus claim where there is reasonable evidence of abuse or multi-accounting.

5.5 betjll expressly reserves the right to refuse, limit, or clawback any bonus or winnings where it determines that a Player has exploited a technical error, engaged in irregular betting patterns, or otherwise acted in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational gambling.

6 Betting Rules & Game Conduct

6.1 All bets placed on betjll are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled, amended, or reversed after placement except in circumstances where betjll identifies a manifest error in the odds, game data, or pricing at the time the bet was placed.

6.2 In the event of a manifest pricing error, betjll reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the relevant Accounts, regardless of the apparent outcome of the event or game.

6.3 Casino game outcomes are determined by certified random number generator (RNG) software. betjll makes no representation that any particular outcome is predictable, due, or influenced by prior results.

6.4 Live casino games are subject to the rules published by the relevant game provider (including Evolution Gaming and Ezugi). In the event of a dispute between the betjll interface and the game provider's interface, the game provider's recorded result shall be considered authoritative.

6.5 Sports betting markets are governed by betjll's sports betting rules. Settlement will be based on the official result published by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC for cricket, FIFA for football). Where an official result is not available, betjll will use its reasonable discretion to settle the market.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the betjll platform and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and possible reporting to relevant authorities:

• Using the platform for any purpose related to money laundering or financing of unlawful activity
• Fraudulent use of payment methods, including chargebacks initiated in bad faith
• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or other tools to place bets or interact with the platform
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in betjll's platform
• Providing false identity information during registration or verification
• Opening or operating multiple Accounts
• Allowing any person under the age of 21 to access or use your betjll Account

8 Responsible Gaming

8.1 betjll is committed to promoting responsible gambling. We provide a range of tools to help players manage their gambling activity, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time alerts, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion. These tools are available free of charge to all registered Account holders.

8.3 betjll enforces a strict 21+ age policy. We use industry-standard age verification procedures and reserve the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Any winnings generated by an underage player will be forfeited.

9 Account Suspension & Closure

9.1 betjll reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time and without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) the Account holder has breached these Terms; (b) the Account is being used for prohibited activities; (c) the Account holder's continued use of the platform poses a risk to betjll, other players, or the integrity of the platform; or (d) betjll is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory instruction.

9.2 Where an Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, betjll reserves the right to withhold any balance, including real-money funds, pending investigation. If a breach is confirmed, betjll may forfeit the balance in whole or in part.

9.3 A Player may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting betjll support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding Bonus Funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be refunded to the Player's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

10 Limitation of Liability

10.1 betjll's liability to any Player in connection with the Services shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10.2 betjll shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise, even if betjll has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

10.3 betjll shall not be liable for any failure or delay in the provision of Services caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, power failures, acts of government, natural disasters, or failures of third-party payment providers.

10.4 betjll does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary unavailability of the Services. betjll will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice of planned downtime where possible.

11 Intellectual Property

11.1 All content on the betjll platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, and data compilations, is the property of betjll or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

11.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the betjll platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, or commercially exploit any content from the platform without express written consent from betjll.

12 Privacy & Data Protection

12.1 betjll collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

12.2 betjll implements industry-standard technical and organisational security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to protect your personal and financial data from unauthorised access, disclosure, or loss.

12.3 betjll will not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent, except where required by law or as necessary for the provision of payment processing services.

13 Governing Law & Disputes

13.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to betjll's operating jurisdiction. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the betjll platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts.

13.2 In the event of a dispute regarding a bet settlement, game outcome, or Account decision, you must contact betjll's customer support team in the first instance by emailing [email protected]. betjll will endeavour to resolve all disputes within 14 business days of receipt of a written complaint.

13.3 betjll's decision on all disputes relating to game outcomes, bet settlements, and Account matters shall be final and binding, subject only to manifest error as defined in Section 6.2.

14 Amendments to These Terms

14.1 betjll reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be published on the betjll platform with a revised effective date. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

14.2 Your continued use of the betjll platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 9.3.
